Great service and done quickly. A month later had a critical need to get a car horn repaired. They diagnosed and was worst case and would likely take a couple of days. They got it done following day and son was able to take his driving test in his car.

This was my first time using Northwest Imports to service my car. I read all the really great reviews prior to making the appointment but, like most, I was skeptical of the level of service I was going to receive from a auto shop. That said, I am happy to report the reviews are true; Bob and his team are amazing! The pricing is fair but more than anything it's the level of service and care which separates them from any other shop I've been to. They gave me best/worst case scenario on when my car would be ready for pickup, they delivered on best case. Lastly, their level of communication is rarely seen in any business these days. I will 100% be using Northwest Imports from now on.

I have been going to Northwest Imports for my 2018 Mercedes-Benz C300 maintenance for the past year. They explain the maintenance required on the car in detail, never try to upsell any services/repairs and are very reasonable in their pricing compared to dealerships. Based on my experiences with them, they have a lifelong customer in me and I would highly recommend them for any car maintenance needs.

I needed new brakes for my M-B AMG. The price at the dealership was quite costly. I shopped around and found the guys at Northwest Imports. Bob was extremely professional and even accommodated some unforseen changes in my schedule. They performed the work I needed at a competitive price and quick turnaround. I will be using them for all my non-warranty service needs.
